Missionaries are our heroes!

Our church loves missions and those who are involved in missions. It is the responsibility of the local church to get the gospel to all the world by partnering with those who telling the untold. Over the years we have developed a selection process that has proven effective for our church. The process for being considered to present your ministry at Lighthouse is as follows:

First: Please send an informational packet about you, your family, and ministry to the church office.

Second: Complete and return the required questionnaire, as listed below.

Please download the appropriate questionnaire by clicking on the link below. Complete and return to church office prior to calling for scheduling of a meeting.

Questionnaire #1 (PDF) – For Missionary who is on Deputation.
Questionnaire #2 (PDF) – For Missionary who is a Veteran missionary and/or on furlough.

NOTE: You may e-mail the questionnaire back to Pastor Wynn by sending to pastor@lbcministries(dot)net (Replace the word (dot) with the period). If you chose to e-mail, please do not alter the form in any way. For ease and uniformity of reading, the questionnaire must be submitted in the same form layout as the PDF form.
